Basic Service Includes:
- Check the mailbox
- Clear outside entry of any debris
- Remove any flyers/ papers from the front of the house
- Turn on the main water valve
- Deactivate alarm upon entry
- Run Faucets and flush toilets
- Check for mold and mildew under cabinets
- Check for sign of pests and insect activity
- Visually check ceilings for leaks
- Check A/C for proper setting (Temp/ Humidity)
- Check interior side of exit doors/ windows
- Check main electrical panel for tripped breakers
- Check telephone lines (Alarm System) for dial tone
- Activate alarm system upon departure
- Check exterior doors and windows for damage
- Check lawn and landscape condition
- Check pool condition
- Check and forward mail if needed (extra charge)
- Email inspection report with notes
