We are a family owned local business based in Sarasota. Our goal is to provide timely, thorough home inspections including the most comprehensive and informative inspection reports possible. Licensed and Insured.

We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida. We are insured with Errors and Omission and General Liability insurance, and maintain standards above the required levels for continuing education. We have a passion for performing detailed, thorough home inspections for our clients. After the inspection, we remain available for any questions or follow up that may be required.
Our property inspection reports are thorough, clear and concise, with digital photos, descriptions, informative narratives and a report summary for quick reference and to aid in preparing a repair list for the sellers. Reports are always delivered within 48 hours of the inspection, generally the same day of the inspection. Reports are emailed to the client in PDF format for easy delivery, printing and storage.
We are trained to identify deficiencies which are present in the home, can recognize prior repairs which have been made and in many cases can see the potential for future problems that may exist. We encourage buyers to accompany us on the inspection and to ask questions as we move through the inspection process. This enables us to familiarize you with the house and educate you on the operations and maintenance issues of the various systems in the house.
Inspection servises which can be provided are: home, wind mitigation, four point, mold, well water and radon.
Our desire is to serve you by performing the most complete and comprehensive home inspection possible. We encourage you to be present at the inspection to allow us the opportunity to fully explain our findings and to familiarize you with the property.
